What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech therapy services to residents with a variety of communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, resident-centered care. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Serve as a knowledgeable resource to staff, families, and residents alike.
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current licensure in Georgia and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required. Previous SNF, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred but not required. Passion for clinical excellence and a commitment to compassionate care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
