Qualifications:
Valid Georgia state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings Proficiency in teletherapy practices Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and related documentation
Location:
Stone Mountain, GA Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall development Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development Offer guidance and resources to educators and parents regarding speech and language development
