Speech Language Pathologist:
Lead AAC Consultant for Veteran’s Affairs Reliance Mobility LLC Atlanta, GA •
Remote General Expectations:
Regular, reliable, and predictable on-site attendance Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols. Comply with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care. Accommodate needs for staffing shortages and open positions. Duties and responsibilities Assist appropriate departments for resolution of sales orders pending paperwork Responsible for completing all required training annually Educate patients in proper use and care of applicable equipment Ensure all appropriate delivery paperwork is completed accurately as needed. Document all information necessary to ensure reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services. Develop and maintain working knowledge of communication devices and software offered by the organization and all applicable insurance guidelines respecting eligibility for coverage and reimbursement Manage his/her VA territory to reach revenue and service goals Educate referral sources on Communication Devices offered Maintain rapport with ordering VA facilities Process all orders in a timely and accurate manner Promote products to referral sources by creating a call schedule to make sure all VA accounts are called monthly Be available for referral source calls (if required) during non-business hours as needed for referral sources Arrange luncheon, breakfast and dinner presentations for key referral partners with appropriate receipts and documentation. Ability to manage and procure all necessary documentation to process orders clean on the front end and to close the loop to get product to delivery stage Ability to work designated spreadsheet weekly to help maintain continuous flow of documentation to move referrals along Must log contact updates for referral sources in CRM daily. This position will require a willingness to assist in other roles and locations occasionally/as needed. This could require duties outside of your normal duties and travel within AND outside of your territory. Must be willing to cover multiple states in person to visit VA accounts. 75%+ travel expectation. All other duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications include: 3 years of direct sales experience with the Veterans Affairs, including a proven track record of securing enterprise-level sales to federal agencies is preferred. Experience working selling devices with Veterans Affairs is preferred.
Sale Experience:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with deep expertise in federal business development strategies and federal procurement processes (especially within the Veteran’s Affairs)
Travel Flexibility:
ability to travel to customer sites (3+ times per week) with a flexible schedule to accommodate on-site meetings and client engagements. Must have a great personality and willing to cold call accounts Clean driving record required Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal. Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary. You must carry personal liability auto insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000. High level of attention to detail. Positive influence on all employees. Able to manage multiple priorities and close the loop when interrupted. Courteous customer service, internally and externally. Must love helping people, both internally and externally. Able to demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook. Must be able to pass the required background checks and drug screenings.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs Ability to stoop, bend over, kneel, sit or stand for extended periods of times as needed to meet customer’s needs While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to move around hospitals and doctors’ offices which includes several feet too long distances This position requires the ability to drive an automobile with a clean record Must be 21 years of age to comply with company auto insurance.

$100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
Salary:
$75,000 per year, depending on experience Unlimited commission with a great opportunity to make >$100,000 annually
