Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (Alpharetta, GA) Weare hiring for a thriving private pediatric clinic located inAlpharetta, GA, dedicated to providing exceptional speech andlanguage therapy services to children of all ages. This team ispassionate about helping children achieve their communication goalsthrough personalized care, evidence-based practices, and a warm,supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilledand compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join thisteam. In this full-time role, you will work closely with childrenand their families to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range ofspeech and language disorders. The position offers a structuredMonday through Friday schedule, with therapy sessions ranging from30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the needs of each client.
KeyResponsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify speech, language,and communication disorders in pediatric clients Develop andimplement individualized treatment plans based on clientevaluations Provide direct therapy services to children, ensuringprogress is monitored and goals are updated regularly Collaboratewith families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals tosupport client outcomes Maintain accurate documentation andprogress notes in compliance with clinic standards Participate inteam meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive clinicculture
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-LanguagePathology from an accredited program Valid Georgia state licensure(or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language PathologistStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of amultidisciplinary team
