Location:
Buford, GA Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create comprehensive support plans. Manage a caseload of approximately 60 Pre-K through 5th-grade students, focusing on speech-only needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions in accordance with district guidelines. Participate in pre-planning sessions and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Current State Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligible to obtain licensure. CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but not required. Experience in a school setting is an asset, particularly with pediatric populations. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
