Contract Immediate SLP Opportunity – Louisiana School District Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Louisiana for the remainder of the current school year, with potential continuation into the upcoming school year. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with multiple caseloads available to align with the candidate’s experience and preference. Soliant is proud to partner with school districts across the country to support student success through exceptional therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals to support student communication needs Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility for speech-language services Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and goals
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license in the state of Louisiana (or the ability to obtain one) ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY candidates may be considered Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team For more information about this position or other opportunities with Soliant, please feel free to reach out: Nicholas Cowens
