Job Description
Aspire Behavioral Health is looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist. As a SLP at our facility, we work in conjunction with other providers at the facility such as occupational therapist, counselors, behavioral analysts and registered line technicians for optimal child development. Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions to children, adolescents, and their families to improve social, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning. Speech Pathologist Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication difficulties. Develop and implement effective treatment programs. Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment. Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits. Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies. Refer patients to medical specialists when necessary.
