Overview
HealthPro Pediatrics has exciting opportunities for SLP’s available for the Audubon Charter School System!! This is for the uing school year 2025-2026.
Audubon Lower:
37.5 hours per week, School hours are 8:30am-3:30pm, Grades K-3
Audubon Upper:
37.5 hours per week, School hours are 8am-3pm, Grades 4-8
Audubon Gentilly:
37.5 hours per week, School hours are 8am-3pm, Grades K-8
Every Wednesday all Audubon schools dismiss one hour early
Caseload average: 50-60, Documentation in Brolly, IEPs in eSER, Great SPED coordinators to work alongside, 1 opening per school

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment:
Conductprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
Treatment and Education:
Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and dailymunication improvement.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuringpliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration:
Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
Certification:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Skills:
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellentmunication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
