Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Louisiana SLP License Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Location:
Saint Joseph, LA Responsibilities:
Provide speech therapy services aligned with students’ IEP goals Conduct assessments and develop or update treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and other professionals Monitor and document student progress to ensure effective outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding therapy services
