Speech Pathologist – VNA Position Available In Berkshire, Massachusetts

Evaluates patients; diagnoses communication disorders; plans, directs,and provides treatments for pediatric and adult patients with a widevariety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level offunctional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatmentappropriately in the medical record to comply with policies andprocedures of the department and regulatory agencies.

• Experience
• Minimum of two years experience preferred. Entry level acceptable.
• Education
• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-LanguagePathology from an accredited college or university.
• ClinicalCompetence (CCC) is required.
• MBSImp-trained
• License &Certifications

• MASPEECH

• MA Speech and Language PathologistLicense.
• Additional Requirements
• Must be able to comprehend andwrite the English language.
