• Incentivized bonus plan Responsibilities Speech-LanguagePathologists (SLP) evaluate and provide skilled speech-languagetherapy to individuals in a home setting, under the care of anattending physician.

At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, the homesetting may include single or multi-family homes, assisted living,independent living, or memory care. The SLP evaluates and treatspatients with language impairments, motor speech disorders,dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders,and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. AtEnhabit, an SLP may often work with patients who have experienced astroke, and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson’sdisease and dementia. Qualifications 1. Must possess a valid statedriver’s license. 2. Must possess automobile liability insurance.3. Must wear seat belts at all times while driving. 4. Dependabletransportation kept in good working condition. 5. Must be able todrive an automobile in all types of weather conditions. 6.Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.
