Job Description:

Speech-Language Pathologist – Outpatient We are seeking acompassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatientteam. In this role, you will assess and treat individuals withspeech, language, voice, or swallowing disorders in an outpatientsetting, helping them improve communication and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to determine the nature andextent of speech or language difficulties. Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication andswallowing abilities. Provide therapy sessions focused onarticulation, fluency, voice quality, or cognitive-communicationskills. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensurecomprehensive care for patients. Educate patients and families onstrategies to support communication improvement at home or worksettings. Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans asneeded for effective outcomes.
