Category Schools – SLP – Telespeech Job Type Contract To Hire Join Our Team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts Are you a passionate SLP seeking a flexible, remote opportunity where you can make a meaningful difference in students’ lives? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to students throughout Massachusetts using our innovative teletherapy platform. This fully online role gives you the freedom to work from home while collaborating with a team that values your expertise and supports your professional growth. What You’ll Do Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized IEPs tailored to student goals Deliver interactive one-on-one and group therapy sessions remotely Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to drive student success Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and offer clinical recommendations and support What You Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Massachusetts SLP license ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) – required At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting preferred Proficiency with teletherapy tools and digital platforms Excellent communication skills and a strong team mindset What You’ll Need A reliable high-speed internet connection A desktop or laptop computer (note: tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) Completion of a quick technical screening to confirm platform compatibility Why Join Us 100% remote — work from anywhere in Massachusetts Flexible scheduling designed around your needs A collaborative, supportive team that values your input Access to leading-edge teletherapy tools and resources Ready to Get Started?
