Embrace Your Role as a Speech Pathologist Your impactfuljourney involves: Evaluating, assessing, developing, andadministering personalized treatment plans for patients with speechand language rehabilitation needs. Identifying issues and modifyingspeech therapy treatment if necessary. Tracking and documentingpatient performance, progress, and response to treatment.

Celebrating patient victories along the way. Qualifications Currentlicensure or certification required by state regulations.

Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence(CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30days of hire. Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree withfield experience.
