Speech‑Language Pathologist (School‑Based)• Boston, MA 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Boston, MA 02108 We are seeking a passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K‑12 students in Boston, MA for the 2025• 2026 school year. You will evaluate, treat, and advocate for students with diverse speech‑language needs across multiple campuses in the district.
Position Details Contract Type:
Full‑time, 2025‑2026 school year
Schedule:
Monday• Friday, 32• 37.5 hours per week
Pay:
$55• $72 per hour (DOE & location)
Caseload:
K‑12 (elementary, middle, and/or high school) Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and consultative therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to integrate therapy goals into the curriculum. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of IEP objectives. Stay current on evidence‑based practices in speech‑language pathology. Requirements Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Massachusettes SLP license (or eligibility). Previous school‑based experience preferred.
