Category Schools – SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services in a K-12 educational setting located in Rockland, ME. This role offers the chance to support student communication development across a diverse range of ages and abilities throughout the school year.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Participating in team meetings and professional development activities Preferred qualifications and experience: Valid SLP-CCC credential Experience working with school-aged children from kindergarten through grade 12 Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques based on individual student goals and developmental levels Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
