Category Schools – SLP – Telespeech Job Type Contract To Hire Position Summary Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact—right from the comfort of home? We’re seeking a talented and dedicated SLP to join our dynamic virtual team, delivering high-quality speech and language services to K-12 students within a Maine district. This fully remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to help students overcome communication challenges and thrive both in the classroom and beyond. Using our teletherapy platform, you’ll create engaging, effective sessions that truly change lives. Primary Responsibilities Conduct thorough virtual speech and language assessments to identify individual student needs. Develop and implement personalized IEPs aligned with each student’s unique strengths and goals. Lead engaging teletherapy sessions—both one-on-one and in group settings—that motivate growth and development. Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Track and document outcomes, using data to refine therapy strategies and interventions. Take an active role in IEP meetings, offering clinical insights that help guide team decisions. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Maine SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Preferred:
Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting Tech-savvy and confident in delivering therapy through digital platforms Strong communication skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks not supported) Ability to pass a brief technical screening to ensure compatibility with our platform Ready to Make a Difference?
