Contract – Maternity Leave Coverage Are you a flexible and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for short-term opportunities that make a meaningful impact? Soliant is seeking three SLPs to provide maternity leave coverage during the 2025-2026 school year. These are ideal for SLPs looking for temporary placements, new experiences, or supplemental work in a school-based setting. Maternity Leave Opportunities 1.
High School Caseload Dates:
August 12 – August 29, 2025

High school
Details:
Full caseload, full-time hours (37.5/week) 2.
Early Childhood Center Dates:
October 5 – December 19, 2025
Setting:
Early Childhood Center Details:
Primarily working with students with autism; full-time hours 3.
TBD Caseload Dates:
November 3, 2025 – approximately February 2026 (12-week leave)

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Missouri SLP License (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Prior school-based experience is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Interested in one or more of these opportunities? to provide essential services to students and support Kansas City schools during these leave periods.
