Category Schools – SLP Job Type Contract An opportunity awaits for skilled professionals in a supportive K-12 educational environment in Roxie, MS. This contract position for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist allows you to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication needs within a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
Roxie, MS Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, tailored to diverse needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
