Speech and Language Pathologist:
As a Speech and Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will be responsible for: Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs. Providing speech therapy services, both individually and in group settings, to help students improve their communication skills. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor student progress and ensure effective interventions. Offering consultation and support to educators and families regarding language development and communication strategies. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in the development and implementation of therapy plans.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP). Previous experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist in a school setting, with experience working with students who have IEPs. Must meet all federal, state, and local education licensing and certification requirements. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
