Responsibilities:

As a SpeechLanguage Pathologist, you help patients get their power back. Youare the person who can help people communicate, swallow, and workto diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. In doing this, youtake responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery ofrehab services, you design the plan, and work with patients toexecute those plans.

You’re a healer and a helper, which is why yougot into this line of work.

You’re equally adept at addressing thewhole patient and seeing them as an individual, and you know yourgoal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, andenhance their speech and communication abilities.

You’re adaptableto the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of thework and the settings. From cleaning equipment to reporting tomeetings, you thrive in a setting that keeps you moving throughyour day.

Qualifications:

Qualifications 1. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CommunicationDisorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that isconsistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-HearingAssociation. 2. A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the AmericanSpeech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible toparticipate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. We will also acceptcandidates who are eligible to obtain the Certificate of ClinicalCompetence. 3. Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state ofpractice.

Posted Salary Range:

USD $40.14 – USD $44.11 /Hr.
