Empower Speech Therapy, PLLC is a therapist-owned private practice serving children with a range of communication needs. We specialize in working with clients with language disorders, late talkers, and those on the Autism Spectrum. Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized care in a supportive, low-pressure environment for both clients and clinicians. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated speech-language pathologist to join our growing team. What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an SLP who: Has experience working with children with language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and complex communication needs Has experience with or a strong interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Is organized, dependable, and able to complete documentation in a timely manner Enjoys learning, growing, and being part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment Wants to grow with a private practice and explore potential leadership opportunities
Responsibilities:
Provide in-person speech-language therapy to pediatric clients (primarily in our office, daycares, and ABA Centers) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals Complete documentation (session notes, progress notes) in a timely manner Maintain consistent communication with the practice owner and support team

$38-$43/hour , based on experience W-2 employee position with benefits Pay increase eligibility after 60 days of consistent employment
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current NC SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with pediatric populations and AAC (preferred)
Job Types:

$42.00 – $47.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
