Category Schools – SLP Job Type Contract Virtual SLP Opportunity in Charlotte, NC Transform young lives through innovative virtual speech therapy as part of our dedicated educational support team. We’re seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our remote therapy program, serving students throughout North Carolina’s school districts with cutting-edge teletherapy services. Position Details This full-time remote position encompasses 37.5 hours weekly, supporting a manageable caseload of 40-50 students ranging from pre-K through high school. You’ll deliver personalized speech and language interventions through our interactive virtual platform, addressing diverse communication needs including speech sound disorders, pragmatic language challenges, and augmentative communication support. Primary Duties Your role involves comprehensive assessment and treatment of communication disorders in the virtual setting. Daily activities include conducting individual and small group therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams during virtual IEP meetings, and maintaining accurate therapy documentation. You’ll also provide teacher consultation, develop home practice programs for families, and adapt evidence-based interventions for digital delivery. Required Credentials Applicants must maintain current North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist licensure and hold valid

ASHA CCC-SLP

certification. A Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is essential, accompanied by at least two years of experience in educational settings. Knowledge of special education processes and familiarity with various communication disorders across age groups is expected.
