Job Description
Overview The Supervisor, Rehab Therapy assists with the supervision, coordination and management of staff in assigned area. Participates in all recruiting, orientation, scheduling, evaluation, performance improvement and competency assessment of employees. Assists in the maintenance of professional practice standards. Supervises and manages the day to day activities of the department. Serves as a management resource in the department in the absence of the manager.
