Position Structure and Time Commitment This full-time virtual role requires 37.5 hours per week providing speech therapy services to students ranging from elementary through high school levels. Your caseload will consist of 40-55 students with mixed communication needs, allowing for both individual and small group intervention sessions. The position emphasizes quality service delivery with adequate time for assessment, intervention planning, and comprehensive documentation. Student Population and Case Complexity You’ll work with students presenting various communication disorders including articulation and phonological processes, receptive and expressive language delays, pragmatic language difficulties, and fluency disorders. The majority of students are motivated learners who respond well to virtual therapy approaches, though your caseload will also include students requiring more intensive intervention strategies. The diverse age range provides opportunities for varied therapeutic techniques and approaches.
