Job Description
Category Schools – SLP Job Type Contract A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is sought to deliver specialized support in a K-12 school setting, focusing on the needs of one student. This position involves providing 30 minutes of weekly services, with additional time allocated for necessary documentation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each student’s communication requirements.
Qualifications:
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students Strong assessment and therapeutic skills in speech and language disorders Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Location:
Manchester, NH Responsibilities:
Provide targeted speech and language services to the assigned student for 30 minutes each week Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to address individual needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the student’s overall development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
