We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our dynamic Rehab team. You’ll provide individualized, patient-centered therapy services that help clients regain function, improve communication, and maintain independence-all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

Evaluate, plan, and implement speech-language pathology treatments in the home setting Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Document progress and adapt care plans based on patient needs Educate patients and families to support treatment goals Provide compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes dignity and well-being Maintain compliance with all state and agency requirements Requirements and Preferences for the

Job:
