Description As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will becalled to care when you’re needed most. As a Speech LanguagePathologist (SLP) , you will: Provide in-home programs for treatingpatients’ hearing, swallowing, and language impairments andlimitations Evaluate patient’s speech and language abilities, bothdefects and assets, and perform periodic reevaluations Plan andprovide rehabilitative services for speech and language conditions;select and administer diagnostic and therapeutic techniques andmaterials Record treatment types and reactions in clinical/progressnotes; maintain adequate records on all patients, including summaryreports Educate other caregivers and family members in methods ofassisting patients in improving, correcting, and accepting theirdisabilities To qualify for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)position with us, you will need:

Education:

Master’s Degree inSpeech Language Pathology/Speech Therapy required

Licensure:

Current unrestricted license to practice as a Speech LanguagePathologist (SLP)/Speech Therapist in the state associated withthis position Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification Reliabletransportation to/from care sites and/or work locations One (1)year of professional experience practicing as a Speech LanguagePathologist/Therapist (SLP) in a home health or similar setting AtInterim HealthCare, we know that being our best is non-negotiable -that’s why we treat your family like our own.
