Job Description
Join a dynamic and mission-driven team dedicated to supporting the communication needs of students across our IU 20 community. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to provide high-quality speech and language services that make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive evaluations
- Maintain timely documentation using our user-friendly digital systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid PA Speech and Language Impaired PK-12 certification (Instructional or Educational Specialist type)
- We will consider candidates with: ○ Current PA Speech Licensure ○ Out-of-state certification with willingness to obtain PA certification
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency to navigate CIU 20’s computer-based and web-based platforms Why Work with Us?
