Speech-Language Pathologist Role $2,000

  • 2,300 per week
Aboutthe Position:

Our school district is committed to fostering aninclusive and supportive learning environment for every student. Weare seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to providecomprehensive evaluation and intervention services to studentsacross various grade levels. This role involves collaboration withteachers, parents, and other educational professionals to enhancestudent communication skills and academic success.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Evaluation & Diagnosis:
  • Conduct comprehensiveassessments to identify speech, language, and communicationdisorders.
  • Collaborate with educators to determine the impact onacademic performance.
  • Intervention & Treatment:
  • Develop andimplement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’sunique needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions inclassroom or resource settings.
  • Collaboration & Consultation:
  • Work closely with teachers, special educators, and support staff tointegrate therapy goals with classroom activities.
  • Communicateprogress and strategies to parents and guardians.
  • Documentation &Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations,treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance withdistrict policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines (e.

g.,IDEA).

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-LanguagePathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure topractice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate ofClinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) ispreferred.
  • Experience working in a school environment is highlydesirable.
