Speech Language Pathologist Onward Search Education Philadelphia, PA 19143 Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation’s top schools. We’re hiring a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year at a public all-boys charter school in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This opportunity involves working with middle and high school students in a dynamic and supportive educational environment. The role includes a Monday-Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week, running from August 25, 2025 through June 12, 2026.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals. Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using appropriate assessment tools. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain timely and compliant documentation, including progress reports and Medicaid billing as required. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team planning sessions.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Pennsylvania SLP license and Department of Education certification. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Prior school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
