Job Description
Category Schools – SLP – CFY Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
Individualized Treatment Planning:
Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address each patient’s unique needs.
Therapy Delivery:
Provide effective therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to support patient progress.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Prior experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
