Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor andother team members; assist with patient scheduling and post chargesdaily to patient records. Document patient care, regulatory, licensing, payer andaccrediting requirements. Instruct patient’s family or nursing staff in follow-throughprograms. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and cleancondition. Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’sCode of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement,appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federallaws.
Qualifications:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist / SLP you will: Be a graduate of a master’s level program in Speech-LanguagePathology, which is accredited by the Education Standards Board orwhose practice meets ASHA certification requirements. Meet the education and experience requirements forCertification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathologyor Audiology granted by ASHA Have a minimum of six months Speech Therapist/Speech-LanguagePathologist experience working with an adult and geriatricpopulation. Current and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license inthe state where services are rendered. Current CPR certification. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
