With our remote contracts, you will be treated as an independent 1099 contractor, meaning you’ll have flexibility in your personal schedule and finances to provide remote services. Position Details Contract:
1099 independent contracting structure
Hours:
Full-time hours (35-40 hours), including indirect time
Platform:
We provide a Zoom Plus application (HIPAA/FERPA compliant)
Rate:
$45-49/hour, depending on experience (covers both direct time with students as well as reports/meetings/IEPs)
Requirements Degree:
Master’s Degree required
Certification:
South Carolina state license for
Speech-Language Pathology Experience:
Past school-based SLP experience, with remote experience preferred
Set Up:
Home computer with camera and microphone functions, strong internet connection, and capability of running Zoom or Microsoft Teams Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate speech, language, articulation, and communication needs Provide remote therapy and intervention services as needed Manage and develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) for each student Participate in virtual IEP meetings with family and faculty members For any of our remote positions, you must be comfortable with working as an independent contractor!
