Job Description

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro. Join our long-serving staff members (many have been with us over 10 years) and become one of the familiar faces dedicated to caring for our residents. Please inquire at your interview Successful candidates will have the following: Degree in associated field of practice Advanced degree preferred License to practice in South Carolina Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful Ability to use or quickly learn Point Click Care and Casamba Your day to day: The Speech Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
