25/26 School Year Position Overview Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team! As an SLP, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for a range of speech and language disorders. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ communication skills, supporting their academic success and personal growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ specific goals and needs. Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders, including speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency, voice disorders, and social communication. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students’ communication needs within the classroom setting. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification. Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting (preferred).
