Smith County Schools (Carthage and Elm Wood, TN) We’re hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond! Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for CCC-SLPs. About Us Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice serving over 5,000 children weekly across 30+ school districts in Tennessee and North Carolina, as well as in our outpatient clinics and via teletherapy. Our unique model focuses on 1:1 therapy-without the administrative burden of IEP meetings.

Requirements CF-SLPs:

Must be on track to earn a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

CCC-SLPs:

Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure. All therapists must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
