Responsibilities:
SLP:
Conduct evaluations and diagnostics for speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and goals Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress Attend and participate in IEP meetings Supervise SLPA as needed
SLPA:
Deliver therapy sessions as directed by the supervising SLP Assist in implementing treatment plans Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
SLP:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active FL SLP license, CCC-SLP preferred
SLPA:
