Job Duties:

o Assist licensedSpeech-Language Pathologists in the implementation of treatmentplans.o Conduct individual or group therapy sessions undersupervision.o Document client performance and progress duringtherapy sessions.o Prepare therapy materials and equipment forupcoming sessions.o Assist in the assessment of speech and languagedisorders.o Provide feedback to clients and caregivers regardingprogress.o Maintain accurate and organized records of clientsessions.o Support the SLP in screenings and evaluations.o Educateclients and families on exercises to improve communication skills.oCollaborate with other healthcare or educational professionals asnecessary.
