HealthPro Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for a Therapy Aid/Facilitator within Hillsbourough Private Schools, FL! Coordinate Therapy Schedule with Virtual Speech Language Pathologist Escort children to and from virtual session to computers to help with logins and manage behavior and attention for session Setting up technology and trouble shooting Facilitate communication with teachers regarding scheduling Clerical duties of filing IEP Paperwork in Cumulative Files and Speech work folders. Responsibilities:
Excellent position for a SLPA student or recent graduate Coordinate Therapy Schedule with Virtual Speech Language Pathologist Escort children to and from virtual session to computers to help with logins and manage behavior and attention for session Setting up technology and trouble shooting Facilitate communication with teachers regarding scheduling Clerical duties of filing IEP Paperwork in Cumulative Files and Speech work folders. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
Preferred but not required
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of speech language pathology assistant with an Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Experience:
One year experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant preferred.
Skills:
Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills
