Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Therapy Tech to join our pediatric therapy team. As part of our multidisciplinary clinic, you’ll support children with a variety of developmental needs alongside therapists and other professionals. Our clinic provides services to children with disabilities, including developmental delays, autism, Down Syndrome, and more. As a Therapy Tech, you will assist with therapy sessions, help maintain a positive and engaging environment, and contribute to the success of each child’s treatment plan. Responsibilities:

Assist therapists during therapy sessions by preparing materials and supporting children’s participation Help implement therapy activities under the guidance of licensed therapists Encourage and motivate children throughout their sessions Set up and clean up therapy areas and equipment Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families Communicate effectively with therapists and team members to ensure coordinated care Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed

Experience:

Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team This position requires a high level of patient service and interaction. The therapy tech will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during therapy sessions. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively assisting the therapists and providing support to patients. The therapy tech will primarily work in an outpatient pediatric setting, assisting with patient care across various departments. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and understand patient needs.
