Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) School-Based Role in Georgetown, MA We are currently hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time school-based position near Georgetown, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and provide critical support to students with speech and language needs.

Full-time Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead SLP with implementing therapy plans Provide direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings Support students with communication disorders by reinforcing learned skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment Accurately document student progress and maintain therapy records
Qualifications:
Massachusetts SLPA certification required Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology or related field Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and communication skills Passionate about supporting children’s communication development Why Join Us?
