Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and track all surgical instrument sets and equipment using Instrument Tracking System software. Conduct weekly audits on missing instruments and log findings accurately. Support operating room staff by preparing and providing sterile instruments and supplies. Perform delegated tasks and contribute to optimal team function within the surgical department. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, record-keeping, and safety per hospital protocols.
