General Summary:

Inspects, cleans, assembles and sterilizes surgical instrumentsets. Operates cleaning and sterilization equipment in order toclean instruments and supplies. Prepare supplies and equipment forsteam sterilization and low temperature sterilization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GEDEquivalent. Minimum one (1) year instrument processing experiencerequired. CBSPD (Certification Board for Sterile Processing andDistribution) or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA)or IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central ServiceMaterials Management) certification

Salary Range:

Minimum 17.61 per hour – Maximum 29.55 per hour.

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience forroles of similar scope and responsibility.
