Job Summary As a Sterile Processing Technician, you’ll be an essential part of the surgical and procedural teams by ensuring all instruments and equipment are meticulously cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use. Your commitment helps create a safe environment for patients and healthcare providers alike. Key Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment Assemble instrument trays tailored to department-specific needs Inspect instruments for cleanliness, damage, and proper function Operate sterilizers, washers, and other decontamination equipment Adhere to protocols for handling contaminated items and infection control Maintain detailed and accurate sterilization records Monitor vital signs of equipment to ensure optimal operation ✅ Qualifications Solid understanding of sterile processing techniques and systems Familiarity with medical terminology, including anatomy knowledge Knowledge of infection control standards and best practices BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Required Previous experience in settings such as OR, ASC, or other medical environments Ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
