The Roles:

Respiratory Therapist (RT) Provide vital respiratory care and airway management. Work in emergency and critical care settings. Collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure top-tier patient outcomes. Occupational Therapist (OT) & Physical Therapist (PT) Help patients regain mobility, independence, and functionality. Build individualized therapy plans to improve patient quality of life. Work across various departments and specialties for maximum impact. Care Partner (CP) Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility. Provide compassionate support to enhance the patient experience. Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure smooth operations. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Deliver skilled nursing care under RN supervision. Monitor patient health, administer medications, and support treatment plans. Partner with patients to ensure their comfort and recovery. Surgical Technologist (Surg Tech) Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgeries. Assist the surgical team by providing instruments and supplies. Ensure patient safety and sterile technique in every procedure. Sterile Processing Technician Sterilize, organize, and manage surgical instruments and equipment. Ensure all tools are ready for use and comply with safety regulations. Work behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation of surgeries.

Each role is vital to the patient care experience, and in the WEST Float Pool , you’ll have the opportunity to rotate across multiple Wellstar facilities, taking on exciting new challenges and expanding your skills. Float across various facilities , contributing wherever needed most. Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional patient care. Learn and grow in a variety of specialties and care settings. Provide quality care while adhering to safety protocols and evidence-based practices.

What You Need:

General Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a hospital setting required. Current licensure/certification in your discipline (RT, OT, PT, Care Partner, LPN, Surg Tech, or Sterile Processing Tech) required. Passion for patient care and a flexible mindset.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Required Licensure/Certifications :

RT :

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), BLS, ACLS.

OT & PT :

Current state licensure, BLS.

Care Partner :

CNA, BLS. LPN

: GA state LPN licensure, BLS.

Surg Tech :

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), BLS.

Sterile Processing Tech :

Certification in Sterile Processing (CBSPD or IAHCSMM), BLS.
