Friday Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate surgical instruments and equipment using appropriate cleaning methods and chemical solutions.
• Assemble instrument trays and sets according to departmental guidelines and surgical preference cards
• Operate sterilization equipment including autoclaves, low-temperature sterilizers, and ultrasonic washers.
• Inspect instruments for damage, wear, and cleanliness before packaging and sterilizing.
