Hilton Head Medical Center Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Sterile Processing Full-Time 7:00 am- 5:30 pm, (on-call rotation until 12:00 am weekdays, 7 am – 12 am on weekends and holidays) •$7,500 Sign-on Bonus•Position Summary To provide aseptic supplies and equipment to be used in patient care by utilizing the proper processing of instrumentation and supplies, i.e., cleaning, sterilizing, storing, etc. Responsibilities It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. Qualifications:

Education:

1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Certification from an approved CSS technician program, or in the process of achieving said certification preferred

Experience:

One (1) year experience as CST technician preferred

Other Qualifications:

Knowledge of instruments and sterilization procedures. Knowledge of safety precautions and hazards of steam and Sterrad sterilizers.
