We are seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to act as a clinical supervisor for our team of experienced surgical assistants who are trained and operating under your supervision. What You’ll Do:

Provide oversight to surgical assistants performing aesthetic procedures Ensure procedural compliance Work alongside a strong support staff including pre-op/post-op nurses, scrub techs, and anesthesia providers Collaborate with leadership to maintain best practices and high outcomes

Requirements:

Board-certified in Plastic Surgery Active Florida medical license (or eligibility) Leadership or supervisory experience a plus Great communication and clinical judgment
