We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Surgical Orderly to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and organized surgical environment, support the surgical team, and ensure the comfort and safety of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures. Transport patients to and from the operating room and other areas of the facility. Ensure that surgical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and available for use. Assist with positioning patients on the operating table and provide support during procedures. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Provide support to the surgical team as needed, including handling specimens and supplies. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
